明泰印刷有限公司擁有先進的生產設備，在印前方面；有最先進的電腦直接制版系統(CTP)，結合傳統的菲林輸林出(CTF)，能滿足各客戶的嚴格要求，色彩管理及全電腦做樣版系統，也是印前不可缺少的重要部分．至於印刷方面，有多台雙色到六色的先進印刷機，能夠印刷各種要求高質的印刷品．在印後加工方面；本廠備有一條龍式書本釘裝生產線；紙張裱面處理PP、UV、模切、裱紙等機器，熟練細心的員工配合先進的生產設備，日夜輪班制，令本廠能在極短的時間內生產出大量的產品． |

Ming Tai Printing Co., Ltd. possesses most advanced production facilities.
For the Pre-press department, we adopt the Computer-to-Plate system,
together with the Traditional Output system (CTF- Computer-to-Film),
we can fully cater all requirements of clients. Colour Management
System and Computerized Sampling System are also very essential components
of our Pre-press department.
For Printing Department, Ming Tai adopts several two-colours to 6-colours
hi-tech printing machines, which enable us to produce high quality
printed products. Our well-equipped After-press department enables
our products to go through all after-press procedures at one time;
we possess machines for different kinds of book binding, box making,
mould-cutting, mounting etc; which greatly reduced our production
lead time. Skillful workers, advanced technology in addition to day-night
shift duties work, all qualities ensure us to produce huge amount
of high quality products in short period of time. |
